Terms and Conditions of Sale

On receipt of an on-line enquiry, we shall email you a confirmation of your enquiry for your records. A sale is not accepted until payment is received either by a cleared Protx payment or cleared credit card. Credit cards must be accompanied by the security number on the back of the card and deliveries can only be made to the card-holder's address.

P&P

There is a standard charge of £2.95 to cover all postage and packaging costs to UK mainland addresses only on all orders under £10, and free delivery on equivalent orders over this value.

Deliveries
All deliveries are to UK mainland addresses only. Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries will be within 7 days of order.

Cancellations
We will exchange goods for different products but additional postage costs could be incurred. Orders can only be cancelled prior to despatch without additional costs being incurred.

Returns
If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those ordered, we will offer the consumer a full refund or replacement, at the latest, within 30 days of receipt. They must be returned unused and in a saleable condition. We cannot refund for make up that has been opened or used. We reserve the right to impose an administration fee of £15 for non-faulty items. Contact us first with your details using the form on the enquiry page.

Product Variations

Because of our large range and the nature of the products, we cannot guarantee that all items are immediately available. We will let you know if any of the items you have ordered are not in stock and hopefully be able to offer an alternative. Because of the type of products we offer there can be slight variations in colour and style. This does not affect your statutory rights.
