- A. What are your opening times?
- See "Our Shops" tab at the top which has all the opening, contact and location information.
- B. How much does it cost to hire a costume?
- The hire price is on each product description page-click "details" under the image. There may be some variation in hire charges between the stores, this is due to the fact that many costumes are individual items and are not always replicated across the company.
- C. How long is the hire period?
- The hire is up to one calender week unless otherwise agreed.
- D. Do you ask for a deposit?
- We make an imprint of your credit/debit card so that we have your details as security. No money is deducted from your card for the deposit unless an item is damaged or lost.
- E. What happens if a costume is damaged or lost?
- All items hired are the sole responsibility of the hirer. All items shall be returned in the state that they were hired. Physical damage or loss will be charged accordingly. If it is repairable, the hirer will incur the cost of repair. Mud, spillages or a lost button are not a problem...we are all human after all and it is a party!
- F. Do I wash or clean the costume after I have worn it?
- Under NO circumstances!!! Each item is cleaned and repaired by US only. Professional or specialist cleaning methods are often required.
